Service Center Native Instruments Mac

The activation of older products like KOMPLETE 2 and KOMPLETE 3 has been changed.

Please follow the instructions below to activate your KOMPLETE:

Native Instruments Native Access is their installer. Compared to Service Center, it's supposed to have fewer problems. After upgrading to macOS 10.1.

As of May 31, 2020, a range of legacy products from Native Instruments and third-party manufacturers, as well as the activation tool Service Center, will be discontinued. This means that already installed and activated products can still be used without limitation, but it is no longer possible to reinstall or reactivate any of these products on a computer running OS X 10.8 (or lower) / Windows Vista (or lower).
NATIVE ACCESS lets you download, install, activate, and update your Native Instruments software from one single intuitive application. For use with: All current Native Instruments software products. Legacy software not supported. DOWNLOAD (Mac) DOWNLOAD (Win).

You need the NI SERVICE CENTER for activation. Please download the NI SERVICE CENTER here and install it (more information on the NI SERVICE CENTER…).
Please ensure, that you have started the installer and entered your serial number in the installer. (You should only get on this web page if you have entered your serial number in the installer.)
Start the NI SERVICE CENTER and activate your product. You will be guided through the process step by step in the NI SERVICE CENTER. As a result, your product is shown as activated.
Proceed with the installer. You will be asked to select the “Authorization Key File“ in a dialog. You will find this file in the following folder: My DocumentsNative InstrumentsKomplete 2 or Komplete 3 or NI Essentials (PC) respectively [your username]/Documents/Native Instruments/Komplete 2 or Komplete 3 or NI Essentials (Mac). Please select the folder with the Key File and confirm with OK.
After loading the Key File KOMPLETE will be installed.
